Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FirstCustomer (the web app at app.firstcustomer.net and the same app distributed via Google Play). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

FirstCustomer helps you validate a business idea: you describe it, we research public web and social content for people discussing that problem, chat with you about it using an AI assistant, and help you track prospective customers to reach out to.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure — anyone who can sign in to it can sign in to FirstCustomer as you.

Plans and billing

FirstCustomer offers a Free plan and paid Pro / Max plans with higher idea, research, and chat limits. Paid plans are billed periodically via bank transfer (VietQR), processed by SePay. Your plan, quota usage, and current billing period are shown in Settings. Receipts for paid periods are available in-app.

We may change plan pricing or quotas going forward; changes won't retroactively alter a period you've already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, or to harass, stalk, or contact people identified through it in a way that violates the platform they were found on (e.g. Reddit, X)
• Attempt to circumvent plan quotas or paywalls, or interfere with the service's normal operation
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or resell the research data the service generates for use outside the product

Content you provide

You're responsible for the idea descriptions, prompts, and chat messages you submit. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share, or that contains someone else's private/personal information you're not authorized to disclose.

Third-party content

Research results the product surfaces (excerpts, quotes, links from Reddit, Hacker News, X, and other public sources) are quotes of publicly posted third-party content, provided for your research purposes. We don't control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of that third-party content.

No professional advice

FirstCustomer's AI-generated research, chat responses, and signal scoring are decision-support tools, not professional business, legal, or financial advice. You're responsible for your own business decisions.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party providers (AI, search, payment processing) may be temporarily unavailable if those providers have an outage.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account deletion

To request deletion of your account, email support@justvible.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your ideas, AI chat history, research signals, prospective-customer records, and tasks. Billing and receipt records are anonymized — the personal details that link them to you are removed — and the remaining accounting record is retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
